- 1/4 cup Olive oil 45grams
- 1/4 cup Onion chopped
- 1 tbsp Garlic chopped fine
- 3 1/4 cups Crushed tomato canned
- 1 tsp Oregano dried
- 2 tsp Basil dried
- 1/2 tsp Sea salt
