  • 1/4 cup Olive oil 45grams
  • 1/4 cup Onion chopped
  • 1 tbsp Garlic chopped fine
  • 3 1/4 cups Crushed tomato canned
  • 1 tsp Oregano dried
  • 2 tsp Basil dried
  • 1/2 tsp Sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
