  • Marinade is just a bunch of grated Ginger a teaspoon of garlic and some sort sauce and let it sit for a couple hours. The main big sauce use 3 or 4 cups of water with some cornstarch chicken bouillon soy sauce and a few red pepper flakes. Hope you have a lot of vegetables when I do those I put a little oil in the pan and just fry them a little bit and then I add some of the big sauce to it cover and simmer boil Steam for a little bit
