Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup paprika 1/4c smoked. 1/2c spanish
  • 1/4 cup black pepper
  • 1/4 cup garlic powder
  • 3 tbsp kosher salt
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp cayenne
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • 2 tsp sage
  • 2 tsp marjoram
  • 2 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp white pepper
  • 1 tsp celery seed

Optional Additions

  • 1 tsp chipotle
  • 1/2 tsp find ground coffee

Instructions

  • Break up chunks of brown sugar while mixing all ingredients together. Keeps indefinitely.
